The 2007 Vintage
An early flowering was triggered by unusual high temperatures in the spring followed by an unusual rainy summer, forcing an early harvest.
Therefore a somewhat tricky year but nonetheless ending with relatively fair volumes and surprisingly good wine quality, especially on the Chardonnays.
Acidity was slightly above the past average.
