100% Chardonnay, aged in barrels for 8 months after harvest.
Mono parcellaire (from a single vine), harvested at the end of harvest to obtain optimum maturity.
Pale yellow with silver highlights.
Discreet and with aeration reveals delicate aromas of white flowers, yeasts and butter.
Nice attack supported by a vibrant acidity, dense mid-palate that reveals little by little a tannic mass quite important for a white, which persists in the final.

Surprising wine that requires a well calibrated agreement to bring balance to the acidity and tannins. Imperative the presence of fat and creaminess.
